W. Andrews. '[ The fair will be officially opened 1 by Miss Greta Ridtfell, daughter of the Canadian High Commissioner, e at 2.30 p.m. on Friday, 14th Novem- ' ber, in the Y.M.C.A. Hall, Birc'i 1 Street, and opportunities to pur--0 chase bargains, Christmas gifts and 0 fancy goods will continue throughout the afternoon and evening, e A wide variety of stalls have been ii stocked with goods, gifts and gart ments, anu include stalls for cakes, i' produce, sweets, Christmas gifts, >. novelties, mystery parcel;*, sewing, " fancy work and miscellaneous, while provision for entertainment, :- fun, games and competitions has not i- been forgotten, and a dainty afterS noon tea room should prove a grejit e attraction. 1- Citizens will see in this fair an ope portunity of helping an organisation y that is helping them —by helping g their sons in camp, or their younger s sons and daughters at home —yet it cl is offering .in opportunity to one and R all to help themselves.
