HIGH SCHOOL BOARD OF GOVERNORS

SCHOOL ACTIVTIES REPORTED A meeting of the Hutt Valley High School Board of Governors took place at the school last Thursday. The principal, Mr. J. N. Millard, stated that the sedond fifteen had beaten the Dannevirke High School team for the first time on their own grounds. ' , "The Dannevirke first fifteen will meet our team in the quadrangular tournament which begins here on August 23rd," Mr. Millard stated. "I have received a list of their teams and weights, and in the forwards there are boys of 15 stone, 14 stone lOlba, and 13 stone 71bs, while the centre three-quarter turns the scale at 13st. 31b."
