HOME NURSING CLASSES
In addition to a good representation of divisional 'members and a new trainee, about 12 'members from the Petone men's divisions attended the first home nursing class ,for the yfar arranged by the Lower Hutt. Nursing Division of iSt»John Amlbulanee Association. Although all enrolments have not been received, it is anticipated that at least 25 will ibe attending the home nursing classes this yeur. After welcoming the trainees , and 'members'of the Petone divisions, Mrs. Fuller (superintendent) demonstrated roller .bandaging. lloiler bandaging was then practised, following which Mrs. Helyer # gave a lecture on home nursing embracing the qualifications of a good nurse, the requirements for a sick Toom etc. During .the evening a short divisional meeting was held.
