M. A. W. Press, chairman of the Hutt Yallcy Electric Power Board, left on Thursday oil a visit to Australia. Mrs. E. J. Young is leaving on Friday by tho "Maunganui" on a cruise of the South Sea Islands. She is accompanied by her sister, Mrs. Bull, of Auckland. Word has been received by Mr. D. P. Flinn, of Tama Street, that his brother, Paymaster N. P. Flinn, who is a member of the Accountants Department of the Royal Naval Barracks at Plymouth, has been awarded the M.B.E. in the list of Coronation honours.
