CIVIC BAND.
Residents are advised that the Lower Hutt Civic Band will, through the courtesy of the school committee, render a programme of music in the Eastern Hutt School grounds next Sunday afternoon, August 22, commencing at 2.4,1 p.m. The band has been making very steady progress and the public is as-' sured of a very enjoyable afternoon's entertainment. There will be no admission charge or collection. The band is to assemble at the band room at 2.15 p.m. and march to the s>.chool ground?.
