RANDWICK BASKETBALL CLUB.
' The sccond rotnM of the Hutt Valley basketball was continued last .Saturday and the .following arc the results of the Kandwick 'CM>:—
A gTadc —In a very fast game between liandwick and Hutt Valley Old ■Girls Randwick came out the winner l)y 28 goals to 22. The combination and passing of iboth teams were excellent and ■the goal-shooting was accurate on both sides. U. Beasley played the most outstanding game on the field, her field work and ■goal-shooting were of a very high standard. Randwick centres were slightly faster in their handling of the ball. Hutt Valley Old 'Girls played a splendid game and the result was always in doubt until Eandwick gradually drew ahead towards .the end of the game. C grade—Jtandwick CI defeated RanVhvi&k C 2 by 18 goals to 8. This was a bright game, both teams playing well. The centres of the C 2 team used shorter passes that were less a'hlc to be 'intercepted but the CI goalies were slightly better. ,
