COMING OF AGE PARTY.

A, cmuiug qt' uge party was given i.-n •Saturday evcuiug by All-, and Mrs. ,Mair, i« the Scout liall un the occasion of the Hist birthday of their son Joliii. Mrs. Mair -received lier guests wearing a frock of brown silk velvet, over lUt) guests being present. Several novelty dances caused much amusement. Items vverc given by Miss D. Gardner, song; Miss L. Mair and Miss btt/vvers musical monologue; Mr. C. Dixon, vau'derville item. Extras were played by the Hovers' Orchestra, of which Mr. 'J. Mair is » member. Supper was served iu the supper room, the tables being decorated with many beautiful 'spring flowers. The toast of Mr. J. Mair wus proposed by Mr. AlcKenzie, .scoutmaster. The twist of Mr Mrs Mair and Airs Mair seni;. s was proposed by Mr. H. Mi\i,iiey and responded to by Mr Mair. Among those present were Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Mrs. H.
