The Hutt A'alloy Poultry, Pigeon anJ Cage Jiil'd Soi-iety, at a general meeting licli! last week, iinally decided to lnM its next annual show in the St. Jiuncs'i Hall, Lower Hutt on ,12th and 13th July. On that occasion arrangements have been made for the use of a marque to bo erected in tlie liull ground, should it prove necessary. This will avoid the cramped conditions which per taijned to last year's show. A proposal to make a Sunday vi-it to Massey Agricultural College, Pal-mers-ton North, was discussed and it was left to members and others interested'to notify the secretary ((Bracondale" Lower Hutt) of their desire to take part. It was reported that sixteen mw
members have been added to the ;'>• ciety's roll since tlie annual meeting in March. The loss of one of the society's foundation members?, Mrs "Williams oi "Tuma Tuma" Kandwick Koad, is ''ficorded. The society's heartfelt sympathy has been extended to Mr "Williams who is also a member. Mr C. R. Nottingham has been ap 'pointed the society's treasurer. ■
