BOROUGH COUNCIL

At the first" meeting of the present .-council a Special Finance Committee comprising the Mayor and Crs. TRANSPORT COMMITTEE. The following additions and amendments to the 'borough by-laws were approved:— ] Street Processions.—(l) No person shall take part in any proce*ssion whether vehicular or pedestrian or partly vehicular and partly pedestrian or of <any other type whatsoever in along or upon any street, private street or public place in the borough otherwise than pursuant to the authority of and in I eondEorinity with the terms of a permit .previously issued in writing, under the hand tjf the Mayor.
