For sometime past Uhe wii<sh has been exjpre«ssed tttat a Branch of Uhe League of Mothers (be Started in Moera District.. The organising committee of ?the Wellington Province has now made arrangemeiftfe to hold tfhc inaugural meidting on Wednesday, 'July 12th in the Moera Hall, Rand■wick Crescent, at 2 p.m. The aims and objects of the League will be fully explained iby Mrs' j. 8. Elliott, the Dominion President, and Mrs C. White, Provincial President. The Mayoress i(ilrs J. W. Andrews) will be in th^ *chair.
