At the business meeting which followed a_ letter was read from Dr. BakeweH^if^io Jsindly accepted the poairfaoa of assistant surgeon to the .Division. We shall certainly gain by this and the. abilities of the men raised to a high standard by his assistance.
!Mr Black asked for three months' furlough, from his duties as su^eriattendent which leave was xelTaobttatify granted.
