Maxwell, S. P. Davison and W. H. Phiilipps. The following new Managers were elected: Messrs R. A. Evun% Q. Buck, H. H. Ernes, J. A. Burton, J. Wardlow and J. C&ughley. Fox* new Elders are to be ordained and inducted, viz., Messrs Gk F, Martin, J, j Peterson, S. dendon and A. Andrews* Messrs Barron, Gibb and Henderson sang solos during the,evening and the choir rendered anthems. Votes of thianksvandsuppeT closed a very successful annual meeting.
