fSiiy—There is one aspect of the application by the flying club, f oir a lease of the above ■ islands wiiich seems to have been overlooked by the menajbe-rs of the River.Board; and tha4i is tihat if. the club are willing to spend about £1500 on levelling and filling right away it is .going to provide qtAte a bit of w>ork.
