A KNITTING TIP
When knitting a garment that you wish to be larger or smaller in size than that on which the knitting instxuctions are based, remember this tip gleaned recently from a knitting expert. Don’t go in for complicated calculations as to how many stitches you shall leave off to reduce, or extra stitches you shall cast on to increase the size. Just bear in mind that a difference of one size in the needles you use makes a garment two inches bigger or smaller as the case may be. _____
