WITHDRAWAL OF NATIONALS ANOTHER REQUEST BY JAPAN. Received Monday, 11.30 p.m. SHANGHAI, July 11. Japan lias also requested the withdrawal of foreign nationals from Hankow, Sinyang, Nanchang, Changsha, Chnchow and Yochow in view of impending aerial bombardments.
