In an interview he said an Anglo-United States alliance backed by the armed forces of the United States and Britain would constitute the best guarantee of world peace. With their combined fleets, man power and finances, no combination of enemies dare make war. ‘‘There was something similar at the hack of the head of President Wilson. Folk gay he lived too scon but our children prove him fight,” said Viscount Craigavon.
