SUCCESS OF CONGRESS IN ELECTIONS. <By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright) Received Thursday, 1 a.m. LONDON, March 3. Jawaharlal Nehru, the Congress leader, has cabled to the Daily Herald: ■‘ ‘ The striking success of the Congress party in the provincial elections demonstrates that the people emphatically support our objectives, namely Indian independence, rejection of the new Constitution and the summoning of an elected constituent assembly to frame our own constitution.
