ABOUT 200 OVERSEA VISITORS WILL ATTEND. (By Telegrapn—Press Association.) WANGANUI, This Day. In connection with the Empire Chambers of Commerce Congress to be held in Wellington from September MOtli to October 7th, delegates from overseas will approximate 200. After completing a tour of the South Island, the party will split into goups to tour the North Island. They will bo entertained by Chambers of Commerce 'in various centres.
