RUGBY UNION DELEGATES.
ALL BLACKS TO ARRIVE FEBRUARY 16th. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Messrs S. S. Dean and .J. Premlcville arrived in Freemantlc yesterday by the Orontes. They were delegates to the Imperial Rugby Conference. It is also announced that the All Blacks will arrive at Auckland on February 10th, not February 17th, as previously expected.
