NO MARKET IN THE EAST.
AUSTRALIAN TRADE DELEGATE DISILLUSIONED.

Upon his arrival to-day from a tour of the East, Mr. R. r. Sanderson, a member of the Commonwealth trade delegation, urged Australian exporters to extend their existing markets and drop the idea of finding new outlets for their goods.
"Australian goods in the East," he added, "are comparable to any from other countries out because cf high freight rates and shipping rtitficulties we fade right out of the picture when it comet- to landed costs."
