Trade Relations to be Severed With France
Received Tuesday, 9.50 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 12. The Daily Telegraph's Rome correspondent says France is the first country against which the Government has taken specific reprisals. Traders are forbidden to export goods to France or any of her colonies unless they are holding anticipatory credits or cash payment is made in advance. A further decree which will be issued to-day will virtually sever trade relations between France and Italy.
