SMALLER ENTRIES AND HIGHER PRICES AT ADDINGTON.

Smaller entries were the rule 'to-day at the Addington market and there was a sharp advance in the value of fat sheep and a minor one for fat cattle.

Store sheep: A small entry of moderate quality and a weaker demand except for best ewes and hoggets. Ewe hoggets sold to 27s 9d.

Fat sheep: A very small entry of 2150 head as against 40<HJ normally. There was a sharp advance lor wethers of 2s (Jd to 3s a head, for owes of 2s (id and other qualities of. Is (id.
