OTAKI HEALTH CAMP.
FUNDS NEEDED.
A meeting of the ladies' auxiliary of the Wellington Health Camp Association was held recently. Mrs. R. Caughley presided. A welcome was extended to two new members, Mrs. Cox (Roseneath )and Mrs. Williams (Day’s Bay), A report w r as made on the successful bridge party held at the home of Mrs. R. Caughley, Kelburn, wdrich returned the satisfactoiy amount of £l4 10s. This was expended immediately on the purchase of new sheeting, urgently required at the camp. It was decided to hold a jumble sale on Friday, August 2nd, in St. Thomas' Hall, Newtown.
