BOLLFUSS AND THE DOVE , - LONDON, Dec. 21. The- Daily- Telegraph correspondent at Prague says that it is reported that Dr. Dollfuss, through intermediaries, , approached Herr Hitler with a view to the abolition ; df' the ban upon German visitors to Austria, which is cansing economic and ■ political difficulties in Austria. In return Dr. Dollfuss offered to allow German motor-cars and visitors to Austria to use Swastika .emblems, and also to allow the Austrian Nazis to - reconstruct their party under the name of the German National'Party. .Heirr Hitler curtly rejected the conditions.
