ISLAND BAY FATALITY. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Monday. • Expressing the view that he had no .doubt plaintiff was entitled to damages, the 'Chief Justice to-day awarded Mrs Eunice Dickson, widowed of Ernest Joseph' Dickson, £SO ‘•in her claim for £SOO damages against Frederick Hooker. Dickson was one of four people killed when a car driven by Hooker went over a bank at Island Bay on April Ist.
