WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP
Received Friday, 9.45 p.m. SYDNEY, July 14.
Miss O. Le Febvrc to-day won the women’s State golf championship, defeating Miss M. Corry in the final, 7 and 8.
Features were the winner’s deadb accuracy on the greens and the tre mendous power of her drives. Miss Le Febvrc won the N.S.W women’s championship in 1931.
VICTORIAN TITLE Received Friday, 11.25 p.m. MELBOURNE, July 14. The Victorian women’s golf championship final was won by Miss Mona Maclcod, who was defending the title for the fourth time. She defeated Miss Susie Tolbwrst, 10 and -S,
