PROTEST AGAINST ABOLITION OF MARKETING BOARD

The Federation of British Industries and the Trades Union Congress has jointly written to Mr. Ramsay MacDonald regretting the lack of progress in inter-imperial economic co-operation and urging the creation of an organisation to study Imperial questions, also problems for Imperian conferences, and also recording progress between the conferences in order to give effect to the decisions reached. The letter advocated the reconsideration of the abolition of the Empire Marjceting Board.
