Civil Disobedience May be Abandoned
INDIAN CONGRESS LEADERS CALCUTTA, July 13. Though the Congress Conference is being held in the strictest secrecy the trend of the discussions is leaking out and shows that the' majority of the leaders favour the unconditional abandonment of civil disobedience.
