League Interferes in South American Dispute
COMMISSION TO BE SENT Received Sunday, 9.50 p.m. GENEVA, May 13. The League Council has resolved to create a commission to investigate the Bolivia-Paraguay dispute locally and has requested that hostilities cease immediately. The Paraguayan representative accepted the resolution and indicated that the declaration of war would be withdrawn. The Bolivian representative replies in a few days.
