Honour for Holders of Distance Flight Record
ENTERTAINED BY AVIATION SOCIETIES British Official Wireless. Received Friday, 7 p.m. RUGBY, May 18. Squadron-Leader Gayford and FlightIdeutenant Nicholettes were entertained to-day by the Royal Aeronautical Society, the Royal Aero Club, the Society of British Aircraft Constructors and the Air League of the British Empire in honour of their world’s record long-range flight from Cranwell to Walfls Bay.
