SOVIET WHALERS.
*— — IN PROHIBITED PORTS TOKYO, Jan. 26. The authorities were not satisfied with the excuses offered by four Soviet whalers in entering a prohibited port in the Bonin Islands, and the vessels were brought to Yokohama under naval escort. Besides the crew, several suspicious persons aboard will be examinee by the metropolitan police.
