Walker was declared unlit to continue in office by Samuel Seabury (attorney lor the fiofstadter Commission, which has been investiya'ing city iinances) who dispatched tonight to Governor Roosevelt an analysis of testimony by the .Mayor for such action as the Governor may deem just and proper, it was delivered at the executive mansion in Albany tonight. Previously Air. Roosevelt had indicated he would have nothing to say until he had studied the testimony. Seabury sak\ he had no request or petition to make in reference to this matter, but ho made it clear he was satisfied the evidence would warrant removal of the Mayor. The matter consisted of a transcript of the Mayor-’s and a letter by Seabury containing fifteen conclusions ho said he had drawn.
