' ARRANGEMENTS TOR 1932 FIXTURE. With the approach of summer, arrangements are proceeding apace for the next annual Show of the Horowhe- ' nua A. and P. Association, for which the prospects are very favourable, as a line, warm spell of growing weather is now being experienced, wiule conditions on the London market point to a much improved outlook for the dairying industry. DONATIONS. In addition to contributions to the prize fund as already announced, the rollowing donations have been received: Mr J. A. Russell (Palmerston N.), a cup for _ the pig section, for most points in aJI classes'; open to farmers in the Horowhenua County. N.Z. Cattle Cake and Oil Co., Ltd., one 1001 b. bag of Moose nuts; • for a dairy class. Horowhenua Power Board, £2 2s in prizes for electric cookery. Wellington Retail .Drapers ’• Association, £2 2s cash donation. Horowhenua Jersey Cattle Breeders’ Club, two gold medals and prize money to the value of £5. N.Z. Milking Shorthorn Association, Wellington-Taranaki branch, £1 Is for yearling heifer and £1 Is for two-year-old heifer. Wellington Publishing Co., £2 cash donation. Mr G. D. Hamilton, £1 Is' towards prize money for ladies’ jump. Osmond and Son (N.Z.), Ltd., medicine chest value £5 10s for most points in the aggregate in all cattle classes.
