WESLEY DEFEAT FOXTON. On Wednesday afternoon, a team from the Foxton Club visited the Wesley courts and played a friendly match with the Wesley Club, who proved victorious by 19 sets to 5. The weather was ideal and an enjoyable afternoon was spent. The Wesley Club provided a delicious afternoon tea. Mr D. Ball, on behalf of Foxton, thanked the Wesley Club lor such an enjoyable time and he hoped that when Wesley played their return match at Foxton, they would be able to return the hospitality.
