Joshua Joseph Svviggs was fined £SO for keeping a common gaming house at his residence for the purpose of a bookmaking agent. Mrs E. M. Bellshaw was fined £ls for using her shop as a gaming house. A CHRISTCHURCH CASE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Leonard Smith was fined £SO in the Magistrate’s Court to-day for keeping a common gaming house. The police said he was in a fairly big way.
