VICTORIAN ELECTIONS. SIX SEATS STILL REMAIN IN DOUBT. Received Monday 9.30 p.m. MELBOURNE, Dec. 2. Mr Frank Groves, Minister of Railways, also Mr. R. Cuthbertnon, honorary Minister, were both defeated by Labour nominees. The fate of six other seats will remain in doubt until the last votes are counted. Returns to hand indicate that the probable state of the parties in the now House will be: — Labour 30 Mationalist 10 Country Party ....... 9 Country-Progressive .... 4 Liberal - Independent .. .. 1
