THE DUSSELDORF CRIMES.
PERPETRATOR THOUGHT TO HAVE BEEN PHOTOGRAPHED BY TOUR-
ISTS. BERLIN, Nov. 26. A large force of detectives at Dusseldorf is completely baffled by the “Ripper” murders. Scores of likely clues have been followed up without avail.
A waiter at the hotel where Maria Hahn was seen in company with a man on the eve of her murder-informed the police that a party of excursionists photographed various groups, which almost certainly included Hahn and her acquaintance. The police aro appealing throughout the country to the photographers to send their photographs.
