YOUNG WORKMAN HELD AS “RIPPER” SUSPECT.
TALLIES WITH DESCRIPTION. ARTICLES OF FEMININE WEAR FOUND IN ROOMS. Received Sunday 7.0 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 23. A young workman named Stcclzcr, living at Metmann, a suburb of Dusseldorf, has been arrested. Various articles of feminine apparel have been found in his rooms. His appearance tallies with the description of the murderer given by Mrs. Tourer, who narrowly escaped death at the hands of the “Ripper.”
