It is understood Mr Ramsay MacDonald in accordance with Mr Stanley Baldwin’s prior promise ca.hlod to Mr -Stanley Bruce and Sir Joseph Ward definitely notifying them of the proposal to resume diplomatic relations with Russia, and is now awaiting replies.
