LEVIN ATHLETIC SPORTS.
TUESDAY EVENING NEXT. Arrangements are well in hand now for the Electric Light Sports to be held on Tuesday evening next, and the public are taking a keen interest in :he approaching event. A strong contingent is coming from Palmerston North and a ladies' team has sent in entries for all the ladies events —a circumstance that should cause our local lady athletes to look to their laurels and hurry along with their entries. The dancing on the green promises to be well patronised. Dancers are making enquiries about the novel music- that is to be provided; hut this will be a pleasant surprise in store for them.
Anniversary Day this year should be made memorable -by the Athletic Club's gathering.
