DOUBTFUL STARTERS.
UNITED PARTY INTERESTS IN DUNEDIN SEATS. (By Telegraph —Press Association). DUNEDIN, This Day. In reference to the United Party’s statement that Mr. H. E. Moller has been selected to contest the Dunedin Central seat, Mr. Moller states that he has no intention of standing against Sir Charles Statham, M.P. Moreover, if he does stand, which is unlikely, it will be as a Liberal.
Mr. J. Louden also denies that he is definitely committed to contest Dunedin West for the United Party.
