BREACH OF PROBATION.
IMPRISONMENT IMPOSED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Norman Finlayson McMillan (21), wool classer, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the terms of his probation. Tiu* police stated that accused neglected to report regularly and had incurred two hotel bills which had not been paid and he appeared to be living by taking other people down. Accused was sentenced to three months.
