FRENCH DIPLOMAT LOSES WALLET.
POCKET PICKED IN LONDON. (Received This Day, 11.5 a.m.) ■ LONDON, August 14. It transpires that, while attending at the Foreign Office, M. Thierry, principal private secretary to M. Bnand discovered that his wallet containing £SOO and important documents was missing. So far no trace has been obtained.
