POLES AND GERMANS.
♦ ARRANGING AN -EXCHANGE. (Received This bav, 11.35 a.in.) BERLIN, August 11. It appears from the exchange of notes between the German and Polish Governments that three thousand out of twenty thousand Germans who elected to return to Germany still remain in Poland, while eleven thousand out of'fifteen thousand Poles who chose Poland remain in Germany. The German Government, replying to a Polish threat to expel these foreigners, proposes that each country leave the other’s subjects undisturbed.
