This adventure leads at length to matrimony with William Ashe, a member of the British Parliament. It is when Ashe discovers his wife 'at the lodgings of Ciiffe, a political opponent, that the storm of their conflict, breaks upon their heads, only to be calmed by the return of Kitty to the convent and her pursuit there by Ashe, who loves her deeply in spite of her indiscretions. The supporting company includes Wyndham Standing; who does excellently as the husband of Lady Kitty, . Zeffle - Tillbury, Frank Elliot, Robert Boulder, Lydia Teamans Titus and Clarissa Selwyn.
