The Politiken’s Beval correspondent, says a British financial group interested in Vickers-Annstrong has practically completed arrangements to acquire a concession in Bnssia's largest dockyard at Niculaleff. in the Black Sea. The Soviet receives a commission of 25 pei - cent on the output.
