KELLEHER—KILSBY

A wedding oi local interest took place at the Levin Catholic Church on Tuesday, July 26, the contracting parties being Miss Kilsby, of Kopmaroa, only daughter 01 the late George Kilsby. and Mr Hugh Kelleher, eldest son 01 Mr and Mrs Kelleher, of Weraroa. The bride, who was given away by.her uncle, Mr H. Kilsby, of Palmerston North, was daintily attired in white crepe-de-chine, with ermine fur and white silk velvet hat, uah osprey, and carried a very pretty bouquet of spring flowers. Her bridesmaid, Miss Irene Johnson, was attired in a red silk stockingette frock with nigger brown ninon hat touched with red roses, and carried a bouquet to match. The groomsman was Mr C. Kelleher, brother of the bridegroom. A reception was held at the residence of the. bride’s mother, where the usual toasts wre honoured, and the happy couple later left for the north.
