CAUSE TROUBLE IN TURKEY

The presence of 50,000 Russians -n Constantinople is occasioning general alarm. They are forming revolutionary committees.
Four thousand of Wrangel's officers and soldiers have been brought to desperation owing to shortage of the necessaries of life and have gone to Anatolia for the purpose of joining Kemal Pasha.
