The Levin Amateur Athletic Club held two further contests 011 the Domain 011 Wednesday ■evening, with the following results: 440 Yards Handicap.—A. Fox (syds) 1, C. Adkin (o yds) 2, J. Cork (2yds) 3. A good race. High Jump.—C. Adkin (2ins) and A. Fox,(<hns) tied at 4ft 'Jins, J. Cork (2ms) 4ft 2ins 3. The school events resulted as follow : 440 Yards.—D. Short (scr) 1, C. Laing (.scr) 2, C. Dunford (syds) 3. The contest between Short and Laing was very ke-cn. Long Jump.—We! don (scr) 13ft 3ins 1, Laing (tiins) and Short (Gins) 13ft 2, Thomson (loins) 12ft 6ins 4.
Next week's events will be the 100 Yards Handicap and Hop, step and jump. This will complete the points prize.
