Miss M. Booker, Waipawa, left yes terday morning on a visit to Welling ton.
Miss M. McDonald has returned to Waipawa after spending the school vacation in tho South Island.
Mr and Airs Ray Baird and Miss Joyce Baird, have returned to Napier from a holiday spent in Gisborne.
Mrs Gordon Hannah, Napier, who has been visiting her parents, Air and Mrs R. S. Caulton, Muriwai, Poverty Bay, has returned home.
Alias R. Dalberg, of Palmerston North, is on a holiday visit to her parents, Air and Airs P. N. Dalberg, Tewhiti, Norsewood.
Miss E. D. Faris has been appointed to the staff of the Waipukurau District High School, in place of Miss L. Al. Addis, who resigned at the end of last term.
Airs F. Edkins and family, Taupo, who have been staying for some time with the former’s tather, Air A. Alather, of Napier road, Norsewood, have returned, home.
Aliss Alary Gartley, of Bay View, left Napier by the express train yesterday morning for Wellington, en route to Newcastle, where she will enter tho Afater Alisericordia Hospital to take a course in nursing.
